1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mint Orlando Transfers services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Service Description
Mint Orlando Transfers provides premium ground transportation services in the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area, including:
- Airport transfers (MCO)
- Disney World transportation
- Universal Studios transfers
- Port Canaveral cruise transfers
3. Booking and Reservations
Reservation Requirements
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Valid contact information and payment method required
- Special requests (car seats, accessibility) must be specified
Confirmation Process
- Email confirmation sent within 1 hour of booking
- SMS reminder sent 24 hours before pickup
- Driver details provided 2 hours before service
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Liability and Insurance
Our vehicles are fully insured and our drivers are licensed and background-checked. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services, except where prohibited by law.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at designated pickup time
- Provide accurate booking information
- Respect vehicle and driver
- Follow safety guidelines
- Comply with local laws
- Report any issues promptly
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
